It is with deep regret and great sadness that we inform you that Florence A. Davis, Director of Starr International Foundation, passed away Sunday, May 21, 2023, after a long battle with cancer. The entire Starr family mourns the loss of a friend, colleague, mentor, and leader. Florence’s unique combination of warmth, humor, decency, and brilliance greatly benefited Foundation staff and grantees and the many organizations on whose Boards she served.
